FOREST BATHING

Step Outside. Slow Down. Reconnect.

I'm putting the finishing touches on the next Forest Bathing experience, and I'd love for you to join us.

Dress comfortably for the weather and wear shoes you'll enjoy walking in. Bring a small folding chair or camp stool, a notebook if you like to jot down thoughts, a favorite hydrating drink, and, most importantly, your curiosity.

Forest Bathing isn't a hike or a workout. It's an opportunity to slow down, breathe deeply, and experience the forest through all of your senses—seeing, hearing, touching, smelling, and noticing the quiet spaces in between.

As summer settles into its full beauty, the forest comes alive with deep green leaves, dappled sunlight, birdsong, and the gentle rhythms of the season. Moving at an easy, comfortable pace, we'll take time to notice what we often miss. Along the way, you'll discover why spending mindful time in nature has been shown to reduce stress, quiet a busy mind, and leave you feeling refreshed, grounded, and more connected.

Come as you are. No experience is necessary—just a willingness to slow down for a little while. The forest has been waiting for you. 🌿
